The objectives of Ministry of Health under Gov. Charles Soludo administration are as follows: 1. *Improving Access to Healthcare:* Ensuring that all residents have access to quality healthcare services, including preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services. 2. *Disease Prevention and Control:* Implementing programs to prevent the spread of communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, and vaccine-preventable diseases. 3. *Maternal and Child Health:* Reducing maternal and child mortality rates by providing prenatal care, skilled attendance at birth, postnatal care, immunizations, and nutrition programs. 4. *Health Promotion and Education:* Educating the public about healthy behaviors, disease prevention, family planning, and hygiene practices through community outreach, campaigns, and media. 5. *Health Infrastructure Development:* Strengthening healthcare infrastructure by building and renovating health facilities, providing medical equipment and supplies, and improving healthcare management systems. 6. *Health Workforce Development:* Training, capacity building, and continuous professional development for health workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver quality healthcare services. 7. *Monitoring and Evaluation:* Monitoring health indicators, collecting data, and evaluating program effectiveness to make informed decisions, adjust strategies, and improve health outcomes. The Ministry of Health aims to achieve these objectives with health workers by providing them with the necessary support, resources, training, and supervision to effectively carry out their duties. This includes ensuring adequate staffing levels, equitable distribution of health workers, appropriate incentives, and a conducive working environment. The Ministry of Health aims to achieve her objectives with health workers by providing them with the necessary support, resources, training, and supervision to effectively carry out their duties. This includes ensuring adequate staffing levels, equitable distribution of health workers, appropriate incentives, and a conducive working environment.

To ensure access to health for Ndi Anambra, the provision of the Health Facilities and Health workers data base will give a visibility to all the health facilities (Public, Private and Mission) and their health workers. This will enable Anambra citizens to make informed decisions while it also serves as a tool for government for improved health care management.
